At The Botany Bay, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, except in the case of:
Order fulfillment errors (e.g., wrong item, quantity, or product)
Defective or damaged items due to errors on our part before shipment
If you believe your order was fulfilled incorrectly, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@thebotanybay.net. Be prepared to provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item(s) received.
We reserve the right to deny claims that are not submitted within this window or lack sufficient documentation.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
To request a cancellation:

If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Please note: Approved cancellations may be subject to a restocking and materials fee to cover the cost of packaging supplies and preparation.
