Returns and Cancellation Policy

Returns

At The Botany Bay, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for “change of mind” purchases under any circumstances.

We only accept returns or offer replacements if:

  • The product is broken, defective, or damaged due to our error before shipment.

  • The wrong item, quantity, or product was sent.

  • The item is missing upon delivery (verified with carrier tracking).

Reporting Requirements:

  • Any issues must be reported to info@thebotanybay.net within 2 days of delivery.

  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video showing the problem (if applicable).

We reserve the right to deny claims submitted after the required timeframe or without sufficient documentation.


Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

Important:

  • Cancellation requests must be sent immediately to info@thebotanybay.net or by phone at 859.225.4367.

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • If your order has already been processed for shipment by our distribution partners, we cannot guarantee cancellation, even if the tracking number has not yet been provided.

  • Approved cancellations may be subject to a restocking and materials fee to cover the cost of packaging supplies and preparation.


Return Shipping & Refunds

  • Outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified fulfillment error.

  • For approved returns, use a tracked and insured shipping service. Lost return shipments cannot be refunded.

  • If the return is due to our fulfillment error, a return label will typically be provided.
